Product Description
POWATEC developed an automatic locking system which prevents frames from sliding out of the magazine during transportation.The locking system is set to one side and naturally rests in the “locked” position, thus ensuring no additional step is required to secure the frames.
The lock can be easily and safely opened by an operator using just one finger, or by resting the magazine on a loading platform whereby the system remains unlocked for greater efficiency. When stacked, the locking systems of each magazine interface with eachother so that all magazines can be unlocked together, or only one at a time.
The two retractable handles are designed to allow the operator to secure the magazine with a full wrap-around grip. However, they also revert to a flat position to facilitate stacking without sacrificing vertical space unnecessarily.
The frame entering guide is designed iso that each angle is milled. Frames slide into the magazine without effort and make the jamming of the carrier impossible. Each precluded “machine jam” increases the production (MBF) and eliminates unnecessary costs.
